Mr. Thankachan started his business in tiny rented premises. Due largely to good customer service and his in-depth knowledge of audio technology, this tiny business soon flourished. Thankachan is a structural audio engineer and audio enthusiast who upgraded his tiny service center into India’s largest such enterprise.
